Operation Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Operations Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA degree and possess a robust background in operations management. Experience in the seafood or food processing industry is considered a significant advantage.

• Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products and services.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Supply Chain Management: Work with supply chain and procurement teams to manage inventory and streamline supply chain processes.

Project Leadership: Lead and manage operational projects, ensuring completion within the specified timeframe and budget.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present operational performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management.

Team Development: Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and career growth.

• Qualifications:

Education: MBA degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations management, with a preference for candidates with experience in the seafood or food processing industry.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, and proficiency in operations management software.
