Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations management and logistics, demonstrating a successful track record in enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

Key Skills

ERP, After Sales management supply chain, Parts support planning, CRM, Advance Excel, Corporate Communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Oversee logistics and supply chain operations.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports.

Ensure the safety and security of all employees and assets.

Carry out RO planning for the client's more than 400 service centers

Managed the end-to-end process for Purchase Orders, including creation, approval, and tracking

Responsible for part support to a larger network

Maintaining daily basis trackers for Invoices/pending payments/PO/ Good pullback

Responsible for batch workout for OOW consumed

Managed and resolved discrepancy cases for forward and reverse

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Expertise in logistics and supply chain management.

Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Location:- Mumbai (Bhiwandi), Chennai.
