• Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing: Oversee the end-to-end loan processing activities including application review, documentation verification, and loan disbursement.

• Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries, provide loan-related information, and resolve any issues related to loan processing.

Documentation: Ensure that all required documentation is accurate, complete, and stored securely. Maintain records of all loan applications and approvals.

Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on loan processing activities, including status updates and performance metrics.

• Coordination: Work closely with the credit and sales teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Skills:

Strong knowledge of loan products and processing.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
