As an Operation CCU Intern, you will be an integral part of our Commutec and responsible for overseeing and optimizing various operational processes. This role offers hands-on experience in operations management, data analysis, and problem-solving within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Assist customers in making rental reservations via phone, email, or online platforms
Provide accurate information about rental options, including vehicle availability, pricing, and rental policies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues related to reservations.
Process rental bookings accurately and efficiently using the company's reservation system
Maintain records of reservation transactions and customer interactions in the company database.
Follow up with customers to confirm reservations and provide relevant details before rental pickup
Assist with resolving any disputes or discrepancies related to rental reservations
