Job Description

Maintaining and updating client software information.
  • Ensuring smooth communication.
Performing basic Excel tasks.
  • Upholding industry compliance standards.
Require good communication skills for dealing with International Clients.
  • Good Presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems usage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English both.
Respond and coordinate with existing customers complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain smooth communication with customers and promptly reply to their queries.
Need to make calls to vendor.
  • Administrative Assistance.
Data and call Management.
  • Reports filing.
Financial Reconciliation.
  • Background working in backend process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 45,
