Operation Associate Night Shift

Mono InfoTech is looking for a Operation Executive (VA)

• Work from office only job

• Location- Indore (Choithram Square)

• Job Timmings- Night Shift 12:00 am to 9:30 am

• Responsibilities-

- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs.

- Provide excellent customer service to maintain Clients.

- Handle, track and monitor the business deals and other activities as needed.

- Coordinate with various clients to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.

- Reach out to new customers through research, referrals, networking, and emails.

- Stay current with new trends and opportunities.

• Qualifications-

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english language.

- Must have basic computer knowledge.

- Should be presentable.
