Possess excellent knowledge and experience of OpenText s Content Server (formerly OpenText Livelink)
- Experience with OpenText Content Suite installation, configuration, upgrades, and operational support.
- Problem Management Reactive/proactive problem management, root cause analysis and periodic trend analysis
- End User and technical Support Provide support, advice and assistance to end users
- Work with BA / Architect teams to understand requirements and participate in design for minor enhancements.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions for applications.
- Ability to work intuitively, alone or as part of a team environment.

Required Skills and Experience: - Provide estimates and prepare technical specification based on understanding of functional specification.
- Design and code based on development standards and approaches
Perform development quality checks.
- Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced developers.
- Perform unit testing Assist with functional acceptance testing as needed
- Provide timely defect resolution to minimize delays in project timeline
- Assist with code build and deployment process
