Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Opentext Consultant at Incluziv. As an Opentext Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Opentext, such as implementing and configuring Opentext solutions, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and collaborating with clients to understand their requirements. This role is located in Pune, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Opentext implementation and configuration
• Knowledge of Opentext modules, such as Content Server, Extended ECM, and Archive Server
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Opentext
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with clients and understand their requirements
• Familiarity with related technologies, such as SQL and Java, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Opentext certifications are a plus
