Technical Requirements
- OpenStack and KVM:
- In-depth knowledge of OpenStack is critical. Candidates should be proficient in various layers of OpenStack and comfortable with troubleshooting and handling configuration and deployment.
- Open-source KVM knowledge is essential, as the project relies heavily on this virtualization technology. Familiarity with RHEL-based KVM is advantageous.
- Automation and Scripting:
- Experience with Ansible for automation, as well as familiarity with Git for version control.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python, with the ability to write scripts for process automation.
- Linux Systems Administration:
- Strong Linux administration skills are required. Experience with RHEL or similar environments is essential, as well as experience with UCS.
- DevOps Familiarity:
- The candidate should have familiarity with CI/CD processes, as they may engage with tasks related to continuous integration and deployment.
