Job Description: OpenStack Engineer
Location: Mumbai/Ahmedabad

Role Overview:
As an OpenStack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining OpenStack environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and manage OpenStack environments for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Design and implement highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions using OpenStack.
- Manage OpenStack services, including Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, and Swift.
- Monitor the health and performance of OpenStack environments, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Work with virtualization, storage, and networking technologies to support OpenStack environments.
- Automate the deployment and management of OpenStack components using orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
- Collaborate with Cloud teams to integrate OpenStack with CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated on the latest OpenStack releases and technologies, recommending improvements to the infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with OpenStack in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization (KVM, Xen), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration (CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Experience with networking technologies such as VLANs, VXLANs, and SDN.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- OpenStack certification (COA) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Ceph storage, load balancers (HAProxy, NGINX), and DNS services.
- Experience with public and private cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: 800,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year
