We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving software and hardware problems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues with software and hardware
- Resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other members of the technical support team to identify and resolve complex customer issues
Skills and Qualifications
