We are currently looking for freshers with 0-1 years of experience in Malayalam voice process for our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Malayalam, good computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam
Provide customer support and resolve customer queries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Meet productivity targets on a daily basis

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in Malayalam (both written and spoken)
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
