Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users over the phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Maintain documentation of support activities
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to technical issues
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
