we are currently seeking experienced and qualified individuals to fill the positions of head waiter, laundry in charge, and housekeeping supervisor for our luxury resort in maldives. the ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the job market context of india and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in their roles.
responsibilities
- head waiter supervise and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests. ensure that guests are seated and served in a timely and efficient manner. train and develop staff members to deliver exceptional customer service. maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining area.
- laundry in charge manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry department. ensure that all laundry is cleaned, pressed, and delivered in a timely manner. monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. train and supervise laundry staff members. maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area.
- housekeeping supervisor supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff to ensure that rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. train and develop staff members to deliver exceptional customer service. monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. maintain cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping area.
skills and qualifications
