Opening for International Blended Process (Chat & Voice)-Work from Office

• The ideal candidate must have:

Experience 1-3 years (International BPO preferably Voice)

Education Graduation or HS, English Background must.

• Skill Sets/Criteria Required

Strong English Comprehension and Communication Skills (Written, Listening, and Oral)
BPO International calling experience is a must
US Healthcare knowledge is a must
A.R callers (Added Advantage)
US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)
Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the above criteria preferred
Exposure in handling w/ US & UK customers

• 5.5 days of working
  

• Fixed 9 Hours of shift timing (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
