Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits of various departments and functions to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Develop audit plans, programs, and checklists to ensure thorough coverage of audit objectives.

Perform risk assessments to identify key areas of risk within the organization and develop audit procedures to address those risks.

Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.

Document audit findings and communicate results to management, including recommendations for corrective action.

Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to internal auditing.

Collaborate with other departments to provide guidance and support on internal control matters.

Participate in special projects and investigations as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

. CA - Intermediate is Mandatory.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or related field.

Strong understanding of internal control concepts and audit techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.
