Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in restaurant management and be familiar with Indian cuisine. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality of food and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high quality of food, service, and cleanliness standards are met and maintained
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and food preparation
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
