Description
We are looking for an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ITIL, Microservices, and Jira. The candidate must have at least 5-9 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of our applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support to clients
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems related to applications
- Collaborate with the L1 and L3 teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Monitor and maintain the health of our applications
- Ensure that SLAs are met and incidents are resolved within the agreed time frame
- Maintain documentation related to incidents and technical solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-9 years of experience in application support
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Microservices, and Jira
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with databases and SQL
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Grafana
