Opening for IT Asset Manager

Experience: 6 to 15 Years of Experience

Location: Mumbai

Job Mandate

1. Tracking of IT Assets Lifecycle

2. Assets Physical & Logical Compliance management

3. Effective handling & utilization of IT Asset inventories

4. Track and renew hardware and software maintenance agreements and warranties

5. Research equipments and softwares for recommendations on vendors, manufactures, product versions

6. Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware

7. Coordinate Governance, Processes, and Reporting of Asset inventories

8. Soft skills

9. Proficient in Excel and Presentation for analysis and Dashboard reports

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for tracking and managing Assets lifecycle of hardware and softwares throughout lifecycle including sourcing, deployment, retirement

2. Apply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending & effective utilization of assets

3. Periodic Matrices and information for asset inventories and standardized reports

4. Generate and distribute various reports, including compliance reports of Patch management, Infra utilities, Softwares deployed

5. Gap analysis and Noncompliance tracking and mitigating the same across domain

6. Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management

7. Delivers required inventory to IT departments and locations, overseeing shipping and receiving needs.
