Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Open Stack Cloud Professional at GMIT SOLUTION. The Open Stack Cloud Professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving managing and maintaining OpenStack cloud infrastructure and services. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions. The Open Stack Cloud Professional will also provide guidance and support to clients in leveraging OpenStack technology to meet their business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 9 - 15 Years
• Hands-on experience in OpenStack Cloud technology
• Able to understand the OpenStack Configuration and suggest an effective way to configure the nodes.
• Able to resolve issues pertaining to OpenStack Nodes like High CPU utilization, Connection Timeout, Nodes/image disappearing, etc.
• Able to understand the integration between OpenStack and other Cloud providers like AWS etc.
• Able to suggest best practices for observability / Alerting / Monitoring.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills.
• Works with a geographically distributed team and collaborates effectively to define and implement the requirements.
• Understand the NFR's and design & implement the same as per requirement.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, Harness
