Job Role- Track all dispatched orders and ensure they are delivered within the Turnaround Time (TAT).
Coordinate with courier partners and the demand team for deliveries and appointments.- Have basic Excel knowledge.
Align courier partners for dispatches based on their performance and TAT zone-wise.
- Ensure that all Proofs of Delivery (PODs) for delivered shipments are uploaded in the system/drive.
Maintain multiple sheets and update them regularly.- Highlight cases such as appointment breaches/missed deliveries, and other issues.
Reconciliation of courier invoices and submitting invoices to finance for payments
