Sanjeevini hospital is looking for Opd Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Welcome and assist patients upon their arrival at the OPD, directing them to the appropriate clinics or departments.
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and update information accurately in the hospital's database.
Assist healthcare providers and nurses with administrative tasks, including filing reports, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adequate supplies in examination rooms.
Coordinate patient flow, manage waiting areas, and ensure a comfortable and organized environment for patients.
Respond to patient inquiries, provide information about procedures, and address basic queries regarding appointments or services.
Collaborate with other OPD staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of patient care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
