As a Recruitment Consultant your roles and responsibilities will be as below:
- Booking Nurses, Doctors, HCA's, and all healthcare staff according to client requirement,
- Making and receiving incoming calls from our Health clients and candidates
- Placing candidates into new shifts and replacement shifts & communicating effectively with clients and candidates.
- Bookings shifts, managing cancellations & escalations/DNAs, taking requests from Hospitals & Clients over the phone & Email, co-ordinate with Nurses/Doctors for Shifts Bookings)
- Chasing and taking Accountability for candidate availability,
- Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs.
- Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs.
- Source and prescreen candidates from Job Boards
- Emailing and calling Clients to follow-up for outstanding requirements
Key Skills:
- Minimum 6 to 18 months of experience in Booking for Nurses/Doctors
- Strong desire to self-learn.
- Willing to work on tight deadlines.
- Good Booking Knowledge (UK Nursing/Doctors)
