The OTA Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of our online travel agency (OTA) relationships and digital distribution channels. This includes maintaining and optimizing content, rates, inventory, and partnerships with OTAs to drive revenue and increase market share. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
OTA Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key OTA partners, ensuring alignment with the hotel's goals and maximizing opportunities for exposure and bookings.
Rate & Inventory Management: Work closely with the revenue management team to ensure optimal pricing and inventory allocation across all OTA platforms. Monitor rate parity and adjust as necessary.
Content Management: Ensure that all OTA listings are accurate, consistent, and appealing to guests. Update content as needed, including descriptions, images, amenities, and policies.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics for OTA channels, such as booking volume, revenue, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports to senior management and recommend strategies for improvement.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and offers for OTAs. Monitor the success of these campaigns and adjust as needed.
Customer Service & Communication: Address guest inquiries and reviews from OTA platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses. Collaborate with the front desk and customer service teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with all OTA policies, industry regulations, and hotel brand standards.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field..
Strong understanding of OTA platforms and distribution channels.
Proficiency in revenue management and data analysis.
