Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Online Sales (B2B) Intern to assist in expanding our business-to-business sales efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the B2B sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B clients using online tools and databases.
Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients via email, social media, and other online platforms to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and interaction history.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities for business growth.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including outreach efforts, responses, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, especially in a B2B context.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Based in Bangalore or Gurugram, with the ability to work in a hybrid setting.
