Job Description

Experience Required:

  • 3 months- 6 months of experience in a relevant field

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling Online Reputation Management
  • Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content
  • Answering customer queries on all social platforms
  • Real Time tracking
  • Fast thinking individual who can create content on a variety of complaints, queries or requests.
  • Ability to propose logical solutions as well as communicate them clearly and effectively.
  • Sets processes in place for managing the key tasks.
  • Manages presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
  • Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly trackers
  • Servicing the client to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Communication & Time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
