Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Part-Time Interviewer to join our team and conduct interviews for Java positions. As an interviewer, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates ranging from freshers to those with up to 5 years of experience. The role is flexible, allowing you to take interviews as per your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews for candidates applying for Java positions.
- Assess candidates skills in Java development, coding, problem-solving, and software development practices.
- Evaluate candidates knowledge of relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on candidates performance post-interview.
- Maintain professionalism and consistency in interviews.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and provide updates on candidate progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Java and related technologies.
- Experience in conducting technical interviews for freshers as well as experienced candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess both technical and soft skills effectively.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or technical interviews is a plus.
- A basic understanding of interview platforms and tools (e.g., video conferencing, coding assessments).
