- Provide personalized and professional assistance to customers via online platforms, including chat, email, and video calls.

- Educate customers about different types of gemstones, metals, and jewellery designs, providing accurate information and answering their queries.
- Assist customers in navigating the website, helping them with product selection, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
