Online Chat Support Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time support to clients via online chat, addressing inquiries related to trading platforms, account management, and Forex trading.
Resolve client issues efficiently and accurately, escalating complex problems to senior support staff as needed.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and offer solutions to common technical issues.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of our trading platforms, products, and services.
  • Document client interactions and feedback, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded in our CRM system.
Monitor chat queues and manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Collaborate with other support team members to improve processes and contribute to team goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while interacting with clients.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the Forex trading or financial services industry.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software.
Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with Forex trading concepts and terminology is a plus.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Permanent

Expected hours: 48 per week
