Job Description:
As an Online Bidder, you will play a key role in generating leads and closing deals through various online platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating our company's value proposition to secure new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities on online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Research and understand client requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to tailor proposals and pitches effectively.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, bids, and quotes in response to client requests.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve win-win agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Project Management to ensure seamless project delivery.
Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online bidding strategies and optimize performance.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the [industry/niche].
  • Strong understanding of online bidding platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Certification in online bidding platforms or relevant professional qualifications is a plus.

Pay: 15,
  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month

    Expected hours: 30 40 per week
