Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Online Bidder with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at NETZILA TECHNOLOGIES LLP. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new clients through online bidding platforms. This is a Full-Time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Online Bidder or similar role
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
- Experience in preparing and submitting project proposals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
- Create effective bidding proposals and engage with potential clients to understand their project requirements
- Prepare and submit detailed project proposals including cost estimations and timelines
- Negotiate and finalize project terms and conditions with clients
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate project delivery
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Provide timely updates and reports to the management team
