Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Online Bidder with Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for bidding and winning new business opportunities on online platforms such as Upwork and Odesk. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an Online Bidder or similar role
• Proven track record of successfully bidding and winning projects on online platforms
• Strong business development and IT sales skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork and Odesk
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Bid and win new business opportunities on online platforms such as Upwork and Odesk
• Understand client requirements and prepare proposals accordingly
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competition
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective bidding strategies
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of projects
