We are seeking a skilled and strategic Online Bidding Specialist / BDE to manage and execute bids on freelancing platforms such as Upwork / Freelancer / Guru etc. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the bidding process and a track record of securing projects through effective proposal submissions.
Bid Management: Identify relevant projects and submit competitive bids on platforms like Upwork / Freelancer / Guru etc.
- Proposal Writing: Craft and tailor proposals that highlight our strengths and align with client requirements.
Profile Optimization:
Ensure our profile is up-to-date and effectively showcases our skills and past work.Market Research:
Analyze market trends and adjust bidding strategies to increase success rates.Follow-Up: Monitor bids, respond to client inquiries, and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on bid success rates and provide insights to improve future bidding strategies.
Proven experience in submitting successful bids on freelancing platforms like Upwork.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive proposals.
Attention to detail and an understanding of client needs and project requirements.- Familiarity with pricing strategies and market rates for freelance services.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple bids.
