Job Description:

As an Online Bidder at Sifars, you will be responsible for securing new business deals and managing client relationships through online bidding platforms. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the bidding process.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Researching and identifying potential clients and projects.

2.Communicating with clients to understand their requirements.

3. Preparing and submitting proposals for projects and job opportunities.

4. Negotiating project terms and conditions.

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

6. Collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

1. Strong understanding of web development technologies and generative AI.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and tools (upwork mainly)

4. Ability to conduct effective prospecting, including identifying potential clients through various channels and initiating contact to generate leads.

Abilities:

1. Analyzing client requirements and bid opportunities.

2. Crafting precise proposals and reviewing client instructions.

3. Negotiating terms and presenting the company's value.

4. Presenting proposals clearly with visual aids.
