Job Title: New Hire Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate: Work with departments to prepare onboarding activities and resources.
• Orient: Lead sessions on company policies, culture, and roles.
• Document: Assist with paperwork and ensure compliance.
• Train: Schedule initial training and provide materials.
• Support: Address new hire queries and concerns.
• Evaluate: Collect feedback and suggest improvements.
• Record: Maintain accurate onboarding records.
• Integrate: Foster a welcoming environment and help new hires build relationships.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in HR, onboarding, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and analyzing data.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and patient.
• Working Conditions: Office environment.
