Job Description:We are looking for a skilled OmniStudio & Vlocity Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using OmniStudio and Vlocity. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce and Vlocity architecture, data models, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Design & Development: Create and develop solutions using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards) and Vlocity tools to meet business requirements.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize Vlocity components such as OmniScripts, Dataraptors, and integration procedures to enhance customer interaction workflows.
- Integration: Integrate third-party systems with Salesforce and Vlocity, ensuring data consistency and system efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the solution.
- Testing & Debugging: Test, troubleshoot, and debug applications to ensure the reliability and performance of solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio and Vlocity.
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and best practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Experience in configuring Salesforce Vlocity components.
- Knowledge of Vlocity Industry Clouds (Communications, Health, Insurance, etc.) is a plus.
- Certifications: Salesforce or Vlocity certifications are highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a dynamic team environment.
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of Vlocity Industry Cloud solutions for specific industries such as Telecommunications, Insurance, or Healthcare.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other external systems using REST or SOAP APIs.
