Position: Omni Champion
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Education Requirement: HSC Completed

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Omni Champion to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic computer skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will assist with online delivery orders and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process online delivery orders efficiently.
  • Provide support to customers via chat, email, and phone regarding their orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to online ordering systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status and updates.
  • Assist in updating product information and promotions on the website.

Qualifications:

  • HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) completed.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and online platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
