Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OIM, including integration with trusted sources, custom application integration, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strong technical background in Oracle Identity Manager, WebLogic administration, SQL, and Java programming.
Key Responsibilities- OIM Administration: Installation, patching, and maintaining OIM environments.
- Integration Management: Manage trusted source integrations like WorkDay, Active Directory, GTC, OID, and OUD. Utilize Trusted Database Connector for seamless integrations.
- Custom Integration: Develop and manage custom (connected and disconnected) application integrations, custom adapters, event handlers, and schedulers.
- Email Notifications: Implement and manage custom email notifications within OIM.
- Issue Resolution: Handle tickets, manage production issues, and promote builds to higher environments.
- Workflow Management: Design and manage workflows and SOA within OIM.
- Server Administration: Administer and monitor WebLogic servers to ensure optimal health and performance.
- Database Management: Utilize strong SQL skills for database management and BI reporting.
- Programming: Apply core Java and programming concepts to customize and enhance OIM functionalities.
- SSO Integration: Knowledge of SSO integration and token-based authentication is advantageous.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Oracle Identity Manager: Extensive hands-on experience with OIM.
- Trusted Source Integrations: Proven experience integrating with systems like WorkDay and Active Directory.
- Custom Development: Experience with custom adapter development, event handlers, and scheduler implementations.
- WebLogic Administration: Proficient in administering and monitoring WebLogic servers.
- SQL and BI Reporting: Strong SQL skills and experience with BI reporting tools.
- Java Programming: Solid understanding and application of core Java and programming concepts.
- SOA and Workflows: Hands-on experience with workflows and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of SSO integration and token-based authentication is a plus.
