Job Summary: As an Offline Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging potential customers through offline methods, such as face-to-face meetings, events, and networking. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and foster strong customer relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person sales meetings with clients or potential customers to present product offerings, address inquiries, and close sales deals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and be prepared to provide detailed information to customers.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various offline activities, such as attending trade shows, conferences, networking events, and cold calls.
Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and potential opportunities for new products or services.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals as set by the Sales Manager or company management.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and any required sales reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as an Offline Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Willingness to travel and attend events.
Knowledge of relevant market trends and industry.
EDUCATION: Bachelors in hospitality/Post Graduation in Hospitality preferred SALARY: As per Market Standards
