Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing offline marketing strategies to promote the Togopool app.
2. Planning and executing traditional marketing campaigns such as print, and radio, and coordinating with PR companies.
3. Coordinating with external agencies and vendors for the creation and execution of offline marketing materials.
4. Analyzing the performance of offline marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
5. Monitoring and managing the offline marketing budget effectively.
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate offline and online marketing efforts.
7. Collaborate with the technical team for any event feedback points relative to technical issues.
8. Identifying and exploring new offline marketing opportunities to reach the target audience.
8. Ensuring that all offline marketing materials and activities comply with company branding and messaging guidelines.
9. Forming promotion groups every week and providing training on event SOP's.
Qualifications:
1. bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in developing and implementing offline marketing strategies.
3. Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels and their effectiveness.
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work effectively with external agencies and vendors.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for offline marketing campaigns.
10. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in offline marketing.
