Marketing Manager
Description:
1. 60% offline and 40% online Marketing
2. 360-degree Marketing
3. Able to handle all Offline Marketing Activities related to promotions.
4. Working on Banners, Hoardings, Pamphlets, etc.
5. Organizing Events & Exhibitions
6. Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
7. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
8. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
9. Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
10. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
11. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
12. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
13. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
14.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
15. Analyse consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
