Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Offline Trainer/Mentor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on database management and software testing. This role requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on database management (SQL, SSIL, ADF, etc.) and software testing (manual testing, API etc).
- Design course materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Conduct training sessions in-person at our corporate office and other designated locations.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to employees as needed.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is current.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and create customized programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or mentor in database management and software testing.
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies (SQL, SSIL, ADF, etc.) and software testing (manual testing, API etc).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience.
- Certification in training or relevant technical areas is a plus.
Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies (SQL, SSIL, ADF, etc.) and software testing (manual testing, API etc).
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
