Responsibilities
1) Barite coating during casting to prevent sticking of anode in mould.
- Hammering, robot and botch tank operation during casting
- Anode fc operator : Manually activities during oxidation and reduction process like temp measurement, sampling, tuyere replacement etc
- Cooling tower operation.
- Shut down activities of ADF & Cast wheel
- Mould casting to be done with co-ordination of SIC and PSC CRO
- Co-ordinate with refractory people and completion launder jam removal and refractory patch up on time.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Diploma Chemical / Metallurgy
Experiences: Minimum 5 years
Technology and IT Enablement MS Office
