- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations within the Copper industry
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety
- Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive measures to address any operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation
Experience
Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in the Copper industry
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline (preferred)
Certification Required
- Professional certification in Operations Management or related field (preferred)
