Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers entering the branch and provide assistance with inquiries related to housing loans, services, and general banking activities.
Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly, striving to provide satisfactory resolutions.

Housing Loan Operations:

Process housing loan applications, ensuring all required documents are accurately collected, verified, and filed according to established procedures.
Collaborate with loan underwriting and credit teams to facilitate timely approval and disbursement of housing loans.

Documentation:

Ensure all housing loan documentation is accurately completed, signed, and maintained in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Assist customers in understanding the documentation requirements and guide them through the process.

Cash Handling and Transactions:

Conduct cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to cross-sell other retail banking products and services, such as savings accounts, insurance, and investment products.
Provide customers with information about additional offerings that align with their financial needs.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all branch activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Follow proper protocols to mitigate operational and financial risks.

Reporting:

Generate reports on housing loan applications, disbursements, and customer interactions as required by branch management.

Team Collaboration:
