Followings will be the Core Job Responsibilities of the position holder:
1. Ensure the Compliance to laid standards of the current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Liquid Packing
2. Co-ordination for installation and qualification of production equipment's and compliance to specifications and validated methods.
3. Coordination for the New Product Internalization with compliance to specifications and validated methods
4. Co-ordination with supply chain management for monthly planning and materials.
5. Review and approval of standard operating procedure, master documents of production and batch documents etc.
6. Implementation of Quality Management System as per cGMP and international requirement at all levels of Manufacturing with the target of all-time readiness.
7. Ensure training and evaluation of the Technicians and Executives for their qualifications of specific task to operate specific equipment.
8. Investigation in case of any process deviation, non-compliance, market complaints, product failure, product recall and out of specification.
9. To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by authorized personnel before they are sent to quality assurance department.
10. Monitoring and control of the manpower utilization, yield, waste data and budget.
11. Organizing the job responsibilities to the Executive & technicians as per daily plan.
12. To exercise effective control over the process variable affecting the quality of the product.
13. To ensure maintenance of production Area and equipment's in the state of cleanliness as per the SOPs at all points of time.
14. Compliance to master documents
15. Continuous monitoring and improving the production output on daily basis. The practice of DMS and gap analysis on daily basis. The important KPI's are Zero accident, Zero FOV loss and First Time Right.
