The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Experience in processed / export /seed potato cultivation.
Sound technical knowledge of potato and rice production.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
Have good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and analytical
Have to know reporting
Have knowledge on public management & networking

Responsibilities & Context

To select Potato based Yearly Crop Production Block on the basis of Land Quality, Irrigation & Drainage System.
To select actual Farmers for Processed/ Export Potato Cultivation.
Prepare Block Approval Documents and timely submit to the Supervisor.
Arranged Farmers Meeting and complete Agreements with Contact Farmers.
Sharing information among the Contact Farmers properly & timely.
Regular Field Visit & provide Technical Support to the Contact Farmers.
To ensure Quality Potato & others Crop Production by Contact Farmers.
To ensure proper Field Curing, Shade Curing, Sorting and Grading of Products.
To ensure Product collection and storage smoothly.
Collection of data about Farmers, Land and crops and update regularly.
Maintain Stock Report and Documents regularly.
Do any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors.
