- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and compliance requirements to ensure the organization's adherence to regulations.
- Support the maintenance of employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
0-3 years of experience in the HR industry.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
