- nLetter of Credit ( LC) validation and advise the required amendments to Business / Customer.
- nCoordinate with Bank for LC receipt , conformation and amendments.
- nScrolling of Letter of credit / shipping instructions in in SAP .
- nWork towards automation and digitization of export process.
- nEnsure adherence to MIS and statutory reporting timeliness and flagging errors in reporting as per defined standard
- nCoordinate with third parties to which assignments have been outsourced
- nGenerate Commercial Invoices and export documents set for negotiation
- nSubmission of documents to bank for negotiation
- nSending copy documents to customer after receipt of balance payment
- nFollow with third parties for various certificate

nJob Responsibilities:

- Close enquiries and generate contractsn
- Handle all communication with overseas buyers as regards deals initiated by Marketing personnel. (Traders)
n
- Follow up with Buyers/ Banks/ Treasury as also with Traders for making Financial Instrument available.
n
- Coordinate with internal and external agencies for scheduling material movement.
n
- Connect with Inspection agencies for scheduling Pre-shipment inspection, wherever required.
n
- Track shipment status and act on the input received from Logistics.
n
- Maintain MIS as also communicate the order status to all concerned.
n
- Be a back-up for traders to maintain continuity of business in absence of the traders.
n

- Hands-on experience in trading.

- Well conversant with MS Office -Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
