Project Management
- Managing FOC RMs for all products and corresponding with customer as well as with logistics team. Keeping track of shipments and ensuring there is no stock out situation.
- Preparing Reconciliation statements with respect to RM usage and collating invoices
- Sharing monthly FOC RM stock reports with the customer
- Handling campaigns for 2 products and communication with customer end to end.
- Sales order punching and execution
- Following up on customer overdues
- Dispatch planning and coordination with logistics
- Salesforce updation
Market Intelligence and Knowledge Management
- Updating customer analysis, competition assessment, RM analysis, Existing product analysis, trade, analysing MIS data on a monthly basis, threat analysis
- NPD Support in validating RMC, RM sources, preparing slides/ information on business potential, risk assessment for all RFPs.
- Supporting/ building Customer pitch presentations including opportunity analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
- BE / B. Tech (Chemical)/B.Pharm with experience in crop protection/speciality chemicals of 3-4 years,
